FWT-55 is the newly developed new generation telescopic crawler crane. Telescopic crawler crane is a new kind of hoist machinery which is used under specific conditions, such as under bridges and in the tunnel where the height is limited, or where the machine needs to transfer sites frequently. It’s unnecessary to disassemble or install the boom and thus reduces cost. The machine has both the advantages of truck cranes and crawler cranes. The max. rated load capacity of FWT-55 is 55 tons which is the largest among domestic markets.
FWT-55 adopts imported Cummins full electric control engine, and meets Tier 3 standard. The machine has compact structure, and meets the requirements of road transportation. It takes imported torque limiter, adds new functions of boom height limit and left-right slew limit, which make the operation more safe and reliable. The hydraulic parts of the machine are of German Rexroth brand, load sensing control hydraulic system; the main pump is dual variable pump, the main hoist and auxiliary hoist all adopt variable displacement system, which can achieve stepless speed regulation. The cross section of main pump is hexagon shape; this kind of structure has high anti-flex capability. The full closed cab has automatic ascend, descend and pitching function. The ascend and descend height is 1.7m, and the pitching angle is 20º, which greatly improves the operating visibility.
